Paul Blomfield, MP for Sheffield Central, visited the MRC Centre for Developmental and Biomedical Genetics  recently, co-hosted by the MRC and the University.
The MRC chose to show-case the Centre due to its focus on non-mammalian models of human disease, and the manner in which it fosters close interactions between basic and clinician scientists.
